Account details (email, sign-in method), profile information, builds, files, platform choices, messages, feedback, agent conversations and interview records, and basic usage data such as pages visited.

2. How we use it

To run CREDNUX, power your AI agent, match and interview profiles, keep the service secure, and improve the product.

We study combined, de-identified trends (for example, which platforms and build types are most common). We do not sell your individual private details.

3. Who can see it

Your private profile is visible only to you. Other content follows the visibility settings you choose. AI agents only share what you mark as shareable.

We use trusted service providers (hosting, database, and AI model providers) to process data on our behalf.

4. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transfer is 100% secure. Please do not upload secrets or confidential client data. See the Terms of Service for liability limits.

5. Your choices

You can edit your content, change visibility, or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing legal@crednuxai.com. You can also ask to be left out of trend research.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. If changes are important, we will ask you to review and accept them.
